All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Currently, we offer shipping across the U.S. only.

We use a flexible shipping cost calculation, so if you buy two or more items, the shipping will be calculated depending on the size and weight of the items in the package.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 4 days, please contact us.

If you haven’t received your order within six days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gobuynenjoy.com or gobuynenjoy.llc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

My tracking says “No information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 4 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
